General Information
| Conference Official Language |
The official language will be English. Simultaneous interpretation into Farsi will be provided.
|
| Conference Date & Venue |
All plenary sessions will be held on the 26 & 27 Sep. 2009 at the IRIB International Conference Center, located opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway, Tehran - Iran.
|
| Exhibition |
 An exhibition will be held in the Conference's venue. Booths are available for the price of 250 Euro equivalent, per square meter. To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Forum Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran.
|
| Registration |
The registration fee is 1100 Euro. For 3 or more, from same company, each 900 Euro. The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions, programs and documents, entry visas, CIP services from the airport, and all local transportation (shuttle service between Venue, Hotel and Airport).
Hotel reservation will be arranged upon your request through Forum Secretariat.
Forum documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who cannot attend the event for the price of 400 Euro equivalent.

| Entry Visa |
Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms to the Forum Secretariat. Entry visas will be arranged upon payment. Please allow at least four weeks for this process.

| Complimentary Admission for Spouses |
Delegates' spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Forum sessions. Entry visas will be arranged upon request.
|
| Cancellation |
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take their place. In the case of a cancellation, a st written notice is required before 1 September 2009. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
